REE Bot is a Discord bot that provides server utility features including:
- General Commands:
/ping,/purge,/userinfo,/serverinfo,/help - Twitch Notifications: Configured via the website https://reqt.xyz.
- Clip Detective: Automatic Twitch clip analysis and discovery, configured via the website.
The Service requires Discord authentication to access certain features on the website.
2. Eligibility
To use REE Bot, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (consistent with Discord's Terms of Service).
- Have the necessary permissions or authorization to add and manage bots within the Discord servers where REE Bot will be used.
3. User Responsibilities
By using REE Bot, you agree:
- To comply fully with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- To use the bot responsibly and ethically, without abusing commands, spamming, or disrupting the functionality for other users or servers.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to our website, backend systems, databases, or other users' configuration data.
- That you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you provide when configuring notifications (e.g., Twitch usernames, Discord channel IDs, custom titles).
4. Account & Access
Access to the configuration dashboard on our website requires logging in with your Discord account via OAuth2 for authentication and permission verification. We do not request, collect, or store sensitive Discord account details like passwords or email addresses (refer to our Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account used to access our services.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activities or violate Discord's policies.
- Abuse, exploit, or attempt to find vulnerabilities in the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the functionality of the Bot or Website.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Engage in spamming or automated abuse of commands.
6. Data Handling & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We store only the essential configuration data you provide for the features you use (e.g., Twitch username/ID, Discord channel ID, Guild ID, custom titles, clip view count thresholds, check frequency). 7. Intellectual Property
The REE Bot software, the website design, text, graphics, and other content created by us are the intellectual property of REE Bot and its developers, protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Service or its content without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks, logos, and service marks (e.g., Discord, Twitch) displayed are the property of their respective owners.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (Bot and/or Website) at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing REE Bot from your Discord server(s).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
